Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Grid resolves the problem of sharing resource. In order to motivate and manage the resource, the more effective grid accounting system aroused wide concern. In the paper, a grid accounting system is proposed. The paper uses Grid Bank to ensure the transaction security of both sides and applies the economic theory about pricing to realize the pricing module, in which price is adjusted according to the supply and demand of resource. And it also realizes different cost formulas considering different types of resources. Finally the feasibility of the module is verified through the experiment in the paper.
