Abstract
The charge dissipation of anodized surfaces of soak boats used in Automated Handling Equipment (AHE) were evaluated using standard and non-standard test methods. The results of tests showed considerable variation. It is concluded that some standard test methods do not give a representative measure of charge dissipation in this application.
