  • Abstract
It has great significance that measure and evaluate improvement effect of coal-fired power plant desulphurization systems to atmospheric quality improvement. The currently evaluation method of coal-fired power plants desulphurization systems to environmental impact have mainly fuzzy pattern recognition, grey correlation analysis, analysis hierarchy process, close values method and so on, which are used mainly to assess transformed environmental quality grade, but not quantitative calculate improved effect of atmospheric quality on the implementation before and after. This paper proposed the concept of the ideal target point, on this basis, proposed the concept of the atmospheric quality improved value and the atmospheric quality improved degree based on measure improved effect of atmospheric quality, and constructed the calculation method of both. The method is tested by the inspection data of atmospheric quality of a certain power plant desulphurization systems on the implementation before and after, and demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
