Abstract
It is necessary for many different information processing systems to make coding based on the information entities by using classification or level. The design and structure of coding have a high effect on the data access and operating in a system. This paper mainly describes the effectiveness of coding according to good recollection and operations, and proposes a Optimum Coding(OC) schema, or Non Prefix Coding(NPC). It is demonstrated much superiority in computer information processing based on classification. It has a feather of unfixed length, and its mean length of input coding required is constant O(1) in retrieving and editing, which is superior to general Field Sequence Code (FSC) that is O(n) compared with that of OC.
