Abstract
Investigations of electrophysical properties of nematic liquid crystals (LC) based on cyanobiphenyls under the frequency of 106-1010 GHz with applied electric and magnetic static fields are presented. The obtained results are interpreted in terms of molecular models. Possibilities of LC implementation into various electronic devices are also discussed in this thesis.
