Abstract
A radio-beacon is an ultra-stable oscillator that has been developed in order to operate as a navigation unit and a scientific unit in the “celestial mechanics” experiment (the investigation of the gravity field´s parameters) as a part of Russian space projects “Phobos-Grunt” and “Moon-Resource”. The device should radiate ultra-stable signals in ranges X and Ka. Spectral and power characteristics of the device are the cores for the execution of the tasks in view.
