Abstract
The peculiarities of sectionally-uniform medium with high level of susceptibilities and small losses of field are described, as well as method of increasing of resulting coefficient of field transmission into the medium due to sequence of its intermediate layers with characteristics, which minimize wave transmission have been submitted.
