Abstract
Of the digital video compact coding technology, the technology of motion estimation and motion recovery, which is based on the block match, is adopted to eliminate the redundant data between the contiguous frames of the video sequence. In this paper, the minimal average absolute differences match method and the smooth constrained minimal average absolute differences match algorithm are improved, yielding one integer transform dependent and smooth constrained block match algorithm, redesigning the smooth constraint conditions, stating one new search match function, and performing the simulation experiments. It is indicated from the experiment result that this algorithm makes the search points/block decrease by 12% on average, the PSNR rise 2.09, the average bits/pixel decrease 0.1 and the simulation computation rate get an increase of about 5% over SCMAD method.
