Abstract
In this paper, we study the consensus for multi-agent systems under continuous time-varying network. By introducing the concept of consensus, we draw the sufficient condition of second-order multi-agent system under provided connected networks. It guarantees that the multi-agent system achieves consensus in an exponential rate. Finally, a simulation example of three agents with different states verify the theory.
