Abstract
A data acquisition system is designed for biosensor based on nanopore, used the chip of TI TMS320VC5509A and Cypress Cy7C68013A. The major goal for our system is to convert analog data to digital data and transfer data to computer. Our system can be used in biological signal data convert already. The experimental results already proved the availability of the system. Because of using of the DSP chip and USB2.0 protocol, some image and signal processing can be made in the hardware, as well as quickly communicating with the computer is available.
