  • Abstract
    This paper describes the theory of life cycle management of power grid construction project and method of sensitivity analysis, then this theory is applied to cost management of power grid construction project. Paper focuses on the calculation of the life cycle cost as the basis for building sensitivity analysis system of power grid construction project. Through case, this paper proves the applicability of the life cycle cost and sensitivity analysis, finds the main factors which affect profit or loss and forms the effective cost control measures. Though this paper, we can find the measures to control costs. So it is easy for power grid enterprises to cut down costs and increase economic efficiency.
