  • Abstract
    To solve the evaluation of a newly joined partner in Dynamic Virtual Enterprise (DVE), the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) based weight computing and Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) based qualitative index quantifying were researched on the basis of an AHP model. In order to acquire the evaluation value of partner for a single expert, Technical for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was used to define the deviation degree of evaluation vector to positive-ideal solution vector and negative-ideal solution vector respectively. In the process of group decision, Ordered Weight Average (OWA) operator based computing of comprehensive evaluation value of partner was researched combined with the preference of decision-makers. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness was verified by an example.
