Abstract
Agri-food supply chain is a hybrid organization. Hybrids can rely neither on command nor on prices for overcoming difficulties, authority emerge to govern complex relationships. We simplified that supply chain have only two part, producer and distributer. There are more and more coordination and collaboration in agri-food supply chain. The allocation of authority in supply chain can induce agents make investment that generates the optimum of supply chain. The investment is specific investment. Allocation of authority depends on whose investment is important and specificity of investment. The criteria of importance can be safety of food or guarantee of supply. Complementary of investment play an important role in allocation of authority.
