  • Abstract
    Currently there exists the inadequate protection and abuse of the intellectual property rights, and this phenomenon is closely related to the inadequate TRIPS provisions. In view of this, the balance significance and principle of the balance of the intellectual property protection and limitations is analyzed in this paper, and then the cooperation and consultation are proposed in international trade in order to perfect the mechanism of interests balance in TRIPS Agreement.
