Abstract

As an important part of logistics, fresh agricultural products logistics is a key branch of modern logistics. This article first introduced the concept and characteristics of fresh agricultural products logistics, described the difference between cold -chain logistics of fresh agricultural products and the ordinary industry logistics, introduced the developing condition of Chinese agricultural products logistics, then it focused on the optimization of fresh agricultural products logistics. It analyzed the time and space optimization of fresh agricultural products supply chain, put forward the strategic idea of optimization, so as to afford the valuable idea for the strategic choice and decision of agricultural products cold-chain logistics.
