The researches on some questions about the industrial cluster

Industrial cluster is the very important method for the area and even the country to improve its international competitive strength and get the advantage position in the market. After Marshall offered the theory of industrial cluster, many countries adjusted their industry planning and tried to develop the external economy advantage and achieved the better achievements, example the auto car industrial cluster in Detroit, the Silicon Valley in California and the smallware industrial cluster in YiWu, ZheJiang province etc. The author discussed the various types of the industrial cluster and offered some questions for the governments and enterprises should pay more attention when they want to make the industrial cluster policies or take the industrial cluster in this paper,especially offered some suggestions for the domestic companies how to use the advantage of the industrial cluster to improve their international competitiveness under the circumstance that the multinational companies occupy the leading role in the industrial cluster areas and the result is that the better long-term strategy is the foundation for the governments and companies and the independent innovation is the only way for the companies to get the leading role in this field.
