  • Abstract
    The C programs for JPEG2000 tier1 coding and codestream organization are designed and the JPEG2000 image file of the jpc format is produced. The SOPC system based on Altera´s NiosII standard CPU is built. The uclinux operating system is tailored and the file system of uclinux and the C programs for tiler1 coding and codestream organization are ported to the SOPC system. The SOPC system is synthesized to Altera´s CycloneII FPGA, and the test result shows that the SOPC system presented in this paper is correct.
