Abstract

Enterprise is the principal of independent innovation, the ability of independent innovation of enterprises directly impact on its competitiveness and sustainable development capacity. Environmental factors to promote independent innovation include policy environment, institutional environment and cultural environment. The government should perfect investment policies to improve the industrial chains, increase financial support to solve the bottleneck of innovation funds, construct management platform of independent innovation, establish innovative cooperation mechanisms between enterprises and strengthen infrastructure relating innovation.
