Abstract
Reference to the related research and the arrow theory model, the index system of the competitiveness of the special equipment manufacturing industry is built. Based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution and the entropy weight method, the model of the competitiveness of the special equipment manufacturing industry is built. The competitiveness of the special equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is evaluated and the policies to promote the special equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province are given.
