Research on the Mechanism of Supply Risks Prevention Based on the Relationship Coordination between Supplier and Buyer

With the growing access to supplier management theory and practice of management, more and more scholars are concerned about the issue of supply risk, however, most existing research on the supply risk are conceptual and general statements and the risk control strategy also do not provide a workable strategy. Based on previous theory and research, this research analysis the formation mechanism of supply risk first, and then application of economic mathematical methods and game theory to discussed the cooperation coordination mechanism between supplier and buyer, expect to depth excavation the benefit distribution and incentivecontrol mechanisms, to provide the strategies and ideas for supply risk control.
