Research of Screening Modeling on Supply Chain Cooperation Partner Selection

Supply chain cooperation partner selection plays a significant role in supply chain research. In order to solve the adverse selection during selecting supply chain cooperation partner, the screening model is come up under some particular hypotheses. This paper analyses the optimum solution of the model in all cases, and designs contracts on the basis of optimum solution. Under certain conditions, principal can screen agent types and establish supply chain partnership with some agents. The conclusions of this paper have particular significance for correlative decision-makers in reality.
