  • Abstract
    The bridge expansion and contraction device is the general term of various devices composed of rubber, steel and other components, which are installed in the joint place of the bridge, to make the vehicles steadily go through and meet the needs of deformation of the bridge superstructure. As an important part of the bridge structure, type selection, reasonable or not, directly affects the smooth and comfortable passage of vehicles. Particularly, a reasonable selection in urban bridge can effectively reduce the traffic noise and the jump phenomenon, increasing the service life.
