  • Abstract
    Based on the determination of opening traffic parameters of concrete pavement, recycled aggregate rapid repair concrete was successfully prepared by adopting quick mending agent (JK-24) and recycled coarse aggregate, and the compressive strength, flexural strength and interface bond strength were investigated. As is shown by the results, the compressive strength, flexural strength and interface bond strength of 24h can meet the requirements of opening traffic with design flexural strength of 5.0MPa. Different interface disposal methods have some influences on interface bond strength. Compared with cement paste coating method, water-washing method can significantly increase the surface roughness and porosity of old concrete and easy to be operated which is recommended for old-new concrete interface disposal. The achievements have been applied in engineering practice.
