Influence of Intellectual Property Construction for Pledge Financing in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

The intellectual property pledge financing has opened brand-new financing way for the small and medium-sized enterprise. But, because of the lag in the intellectual property construction, small and medium-sized enterprises can´t make good use of this new financing way. The article discussed the connotation, the present situation and the problems of small and medium-sized enterprise intellectual property construction, analyzed the influence of the intellectual property rights construction to the small and medium-sized enterprise financing. Then, the article proposed the way to change the vicious circle to the virtuous circle between the small and medium-sized enterprise financing and intellectual property construction, looking forward to that the small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain more intellectual property pledge financing, which may solve the financing difficulty problems effectively, with more intellectual property.
