Abstract
The connotation of development pole of technology (DPT) indicates technology parks, science cities, technologies and the like, the paper considered the innovative circumstance is condition of DPT, and put forward the stage selected of DPT for developing countries. Finally, the paper advanced the economic policy of DPT for country development, that is, constructing pole of technology would be promote technological capacity building.
