  • Abstract
The area of integration is extremely broad, from the biosphere to human society, from local to global, from micro to macro, from object to subject where we all can find integrated phenomena or activities. For social integration, the integrating activities has subject. Broadly speaking, all the factors that consciously promote integration or put influence on the integration are integration subjects. Success of integration depends largely on the mental model of integration subject. An integration subject´s mental model, from a narrow sense, is the mental model who should have to become an integration manager. In the preparatory stage of integration, what plays a very key role may be the integration subject´s mental model. Then, to effectively implementate the integration program and make integration successful depends on the ability and qualifications of an integration program´s executant.
