  • Abstract
    In recent years, with the rapid spread of network technology, E-commerce has achieved unprecedented progress both in breadth and depth as a media as well as a trading mode, and has penetrated into every aspect of society. In the field of international trade, E-commerce, being as a new mode, has been adopted by many countries and different industries because of its unique advantages. Its development has caused major changes in international trade. More and more deals have been completed through network. Network has brought us great conveniences. At the same time, it also means that there will be more risk. To small and medium enterprises (SME), it means both opportunity and challenge.
