Abstract
The paper analyze the Solow´s efficiency wage model, Shapiro and Stiglitz´s monitoring and shirking model, Salop´s turnover costs model, Akerlof´s adverse selection and gift exchange model, point out the defects of these models, suggest we should pay attention to the hypothetical condition and the limitation of these model; At last the paper discusses the developing directions of these models.
