Abstract :
The article describes the multi-team system (MTS) theory, multi-team synergy and the enterprise´s ecological characteristics, then establishes the model of multi-team synergy mechanism for enterprises based on Logistic model. First, the paper identified a total of five synergy relations that exist between two different teams which are habitats, partial damage, mutually beneficial symbiosis, competition and predation; Then, using the model, we calculate out the system equilibrium point and the maximum total output of the system performance under different synergy relations; On this basis, the model should be evolved in order to make it applicable to a larger number of teams, creating multi-team synergy mechanism for enterprises.
