Abstract
For the status that the domestic commercial enterprises´ performance appraisal lacks objective quantitative criteria, it established index system of commercial enterprises´ performance appraisal in this paper. It used the rough set to make attribute reduction, and distilled the core influencing factors. Then using information entropy to confirm objective index weight, and employing the unascertained theory elicit the synthetical performance appraisal of commercial enterprises, which enhanced the objectivity and accuracy of appraisal. Finally it carried out performance appraisal combined with the measured data of a commercial enterprise in Handan.
