Abstract
Electronic institutions (EIs) have been proposed as a means of regulating open agent societies. EIs fix what agents are permitted and forbidden to do and under what circumstances. And yet, there is the need for EIs to change their regulations because of the changing environment. In this paper we focus on a formal model for the dynamic EIs and give formal semantics for the changes of the EIs.
