  • Abstract
    The technology of establishing modularization product platform with product module layout is studied in the beginning of this paper. Taking plate conveyor as example, the modularization product platform system structure is taken out by means of user demand mapping and distill of design parameters. A method of graded configuration design is subsequently brought up that meets user demand though product instance similarity and module fuzzy mode. Finally, developing plate conveyor configuration device tests this method. This system can output to production after selecting invariant parts through platform character parameter and configuration restriction. Consequently, variant design will be simplified.
