Abstract :
This article describes a modeling method of the involute bevel gear, by using a modeling function of a UG software. It is included, the creation of the equational expression of the gear outline involute at the unfurling plane of the bevel gear, the formation of the section drawing of the large diameter area and the groove of the small diameter, the creation of the gear ingot and groove,the modeling of the whell-hub and groove,and precise modeling of the involute bevel gear.
