On the Credibility of Employment in Graduates

Nowadays, the credibility of graduate employment has been the focus of the whole society. Based on many years of guide experience in the employment of graduates and the adverse influence of the credibility absence, in this paper the author summarizes the different forms of credibility absence and makes a careful study on such behaviors in their employment career, finally reasonable suggestions for college´s credibility education are presented.
