Abstract
As the principle of enterprises\´ social responsibility for promoting the protection of labor rights, SA8000 has brought a lot of adverse effects to Chinese export enterprises. In fact the labor condition of Chinese enterprises is indeed worrying. In order to regulate and restrict enterprises\´ labor conditions in a long-term, and to evaluate and monitor periodically, it is necessary to provide quantitative basis which is accessible. There are various fuzzy factors in enterprises\´ labor conditions, such as "child" phenomenon, forced labor, freedom of association and the collective negotiate right. These qualitative indicators magnify the ambiguity of evaluation. While the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can evaluate the fuzzy factors of problems, the model is simple and effective.
