Abstract :
The city green logistics is an important component in green logistics. Through systematic analysis of city green logistics, the evaluation index system model is determined. The index system has a systematic and scientific nature. To ensure that the evaluation process to avoid the results of subjective factors on the evaluation of the impact, using TOPSIS method and the entropy weight coefficient method, the weight coefficient of the city green logistics evaluation index is determined also. Finally, by investigating the development of the green logistics, the scientific assessments gain from 2001 to 2008 in HZ city. The evaluation result is in line with reality.
