  • Abstract
    The control objects of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power unit have the features of pure delay, large inertia, and serious coupling between variables features, so the control systems are difficult to put into automatic, especially,coordination control system (CCS) needs great effort to achieve good control effect. A power plant uses 1089t/h CFB. According to the characteristics of the CFB unit, the logic of coordinated control system is modified as follows: in order to increase and reduce the the system first and second air flow by adding the air flow feed forward in the air volume control system while changing the amount of coal, boiler master using the combination of control methods of direct energy balance(DEB) and instruction indirect balance, adding the dynamic deviation adjustment circuit of the main steam pressure. While doing the disturbance test, power and main steam pressure can track the instruction fastly, and the deviation in dynamic and static tests has been less. The results of the automatic generation control(AGC) experiment and first frequency modulation experiment could meet the standards. The main parameters have been stable in the tests and the effect of tests reached better.
