Abstract
In recent years, a logistics park construction wave has emerged rapidly in China. At the same time, there is a high vacancy rate in the use. There is a high risk because of many uncertainty factors existing in the whole cycle of modern logistics park construction. The failure of logistics park construction can cause large losses, which are difficult to restore. How to properly evaluate the risks in logistics park construction and manage them has become an important issue. The paper builds an index system on risk evaluation for construction of logistics park, presents fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and evaluates the risk of Aviation Logistics Park in Chengdu using the model. Case shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
