  • Abstract
    In order to improve the wind energy utilization factor of wind-power generation system, a new type of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator(PMSG) with Opposite-rotation Dual Rotors(ODR) has been proposed in this paper, mechanical structure and operation mechanism have been discussed. Magnetic field has been analyzed by FEM and circuit method. Magnetic flux, flux density and EMF are calculated to verify the rationality of the generator design. The computational results confirmed the feasibility of the wind-power PMSG with Opposite-rotation Dual Rotors.
