The personnel training and quality education of college interior design profession

Compared to other profession in my college education, interior design profession education has a shorter development history. It has more or less problem in the students quality education, teachers strength, personnel training objective, personnel training modes, this text make a depth analysis to these problem, propose the new ideas and models of interior design profession personnel training, as propose the ideas of emphasized that students total quality training and personality development, and improve professional development of teachers and practice teaching experiences, and develop a education chain of “produce-learn-research”.
