Abstract
As the further development of the economy and service outsourcing industry, competition among logistics service enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition among logistics service supply chains (LSSC) which are leaded by their integrated logistics services providers (ILSP), but the competitive core is logistics service innovation. The service innovation of ILSP reflects overall logistics service innovation, and elaborates the specific meaning of logistics service innovation from support services, value-added services, four-latitude factors (service technology, service concept, service delivery system, customer service interface) point of view, based on the service innovation model for ILSP.
