Abstract :
The current study attempts to measures the extent of customers perception of the Jordanian customers´ towards living in high towers, therefore, to find to what extent does the Jordanian customer accept living in untraditional residential apartments, We surveyed a purposive sample of 500 customers in different places . The study finds shows the followings: Jordan consumers are doesn??t perceive the living in high floors ,Jordan consumers are not willing to pay more price for high levels ,Jordan consumers have problems in living in high floors and The analysis show that there statistical different in consumer??s perception of living in high floors and prices related to their demographic information. We recommend the followings: The Construction Enterprises should conduct an intensive advertising campaign and arrange concentrated sales visit to create and enhance awareness of living in high towers. ,The Construction Enterprises should create and enhance awareness of living at a higher floors , providing a unique selling added values of services and benefits ,The Construction Enterprises designed a highly concentrated advertising campaign addressed to the female.
