  • Abstract
    The method of lifetime evaluation for tube fuse was studied deeply, and the lifetime prediction model based on the theory of electro migration was proposed. According to those study, an intelligent lifetime test and evaluation system for tube fuse was developed. This intelligent system can execute accelerated ageing test, collect the precise and comprehensive test data, and analyse and process those test data to predict the lifetime of the fuse. In the end of the paper, an example of lifetime evaluation for TDP44-9A type fuse was given to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation methods.
