Abstract
Recently, mobile devices which have various wireless functions are widely spread among people. For this reason, miniaturized antennas which can be built into mobile devices are highly demanded. However, excessive downsizing of the antenna causes remarkable deterioration in the antenna performance. Especially, in case of using UHF band such as digital terrestrial broadcasting, miniaturization of antenna is difficult. In this paper, a gain compensation system using wearable antennas that can link to present mobile devices for digital terrestrial broadcasting is proposed and antenna property in near the human body is investigated. Specifically, the correlation of the installation position and the antenna performance about wearable antenna is investigated. Two different antennas are chosen as an antenna performance evaluation target.
