Abstract :
The outage management function of Nanjing Grid is performed by application systems of different departments, such as dispatching, production, power demand side management, customer service center (95598) and emergency repair center of transmission and distribution. Efficient work flow, application and information integration on the multisource real-time and non real-time information systems of such departments shall be implemented for the realization of the smart, rapidness as well as automation of the outage management of Nanjing Grid. Thus, this article analyzes relevant work flows and information exchanging among various systems mentioned by the outage management of the Nanjing Company. The idea formed in the application of many distribution software systems is supported by the utility of abstractive middleware service with the reference of IEC61970/61968 standards. Double Enterprise Service Bus structure is applied in real-time and quasi real time zones (i.e. safety zones 1 and 2) and non real-time zones (i.e. safety zones 3 and 4) to realize an integration frame of the Outage Management System with the integration of correlative work flow and outage information. The integration frame is able to effectively integrate information islands of electric power enterprises, which produces a great dynamic flexibility.
