Abstract :
Tills paper presents a method of identifying diabetic patients by using a noninvasive frequency domain technique. In this method first, the blood velocity waveforms are obtained noninvasively from the ankles of a patient. A multi-harmonic analysis is then performed on these waveforms following a certain procedure. This method was tested on a given number of patients. Eighty percent of those were correctly diagnosed. Appropriate conclusion followed.
