Abstract
Flow cytometric analysis permits us to use known combinations of monoclonal antibodies in immunophenotyping the path of lymphocytic leukemia, non-hodgkin lymphomas and HIV associated diseases. Our expert system model utilizes the values obtained from Flow Cytometric analysis in order to characterize cell maturation stages and thereby diagnose the disease state using known facts. KEE (Knowledge Engineering Environment) is used to implement this expert system as a diagnostic and research tool.
