Abstract
The frequency dependence of the limit voltage of linearity is presented for both faradaic-and nonfaradaic — denominated nonlinear behavior. It is suggested that if sufficiently wide frequency and applied voltage amplitude ranges are used, both forms of nonlinear behavior will be observed. ZCPA — dominated behavior will be evident at high frequencies and RCT — dominated behavior at low frequencies.
