Abstract :
In order to investigate the problem of comedical staff shortage in hospital, a survey has been conducted on radiological technologists. The questionnaire included questions about the size of hospital, amount of work, and respondents themselves. We present the main results of the survey, and discuss that the standpoint of comedical staff is a valid ground for evaluating shortage of comedical staff and for determining staffing which is appropriate in a real sense.
