Abstract
Beyond the traditional supplier customer relationship, actions of effective partnership for development or evaluation of innovations between hospitals and medical equipment manufacturers are real stakes for the former. Those projects implies motivation, transparency and the mutual awareness of the aims and constraints of each parties. The Clinical Engineer plays a key role towards the success of these actions, due to his skills and professional knowledge. Management and technical conditions will be described, taking for example such agreements concluded by our Institution.
